Our niche is value-added multifamily properties in emerging markets that have significant job growth with strong economic city plans to support the market emergence. Our commodity is real estate but our product is financial literacy and financial freedom.

We are catalyzing our experience of 15 years in educational leadership from beyond the walls of school buildings to create lasting impact in neighborhoods throughout the nation in apartment buildings. With our emphasis on social justice, we are now focusing on equity (the value of the amount owned) and serving multiple communities by investing in real estate since February 2021. We believe our values and leadership skillset, with strong track records of results, transcend the educational sector and flows effectively through the real estate world: offering opportunities for affordable housing,  creating desirable communities for people to live and be proud to call home while building wealth for our investors.
